Shaun Dutile
Elder & Lead Pastor
Shaun was born and raised in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire. He and his wife, Marci, have been married for 24 years and are raising their five children, ages 9–21. Shaun and Marci feel deeply called to the city of Laconia and remain committed to serving here long-term. They desire to see the Gospel of Jesus transform every part of life in our community.
Ken Peters
Elder
Ken has faithfully served Christ and His church for over 40 years. He loves the Lord, his wife Michelle, and his family, and has lived a consistent life of devotion to them all. The Holy Spirit led him to Water’s Edge, where he now serves as an elder and a witness for Christ in our community. We are grateful for his steady leadership and shepherding heart.
Karl Nunes
Associate Pastor & Youth Minister
Karl is originally from Lubbock, TX. He served in the National Guard for 6 years before relocating to Laconia in 2017, where he met his wife, Sarah. Karl and Sarah now have two daughters, Sophie and Chloe. Karl is responsible for Youth & Family at Water’s Edge!
Bailey Jones
Children's Minister
Bailey recently moved from Texas to New Hampshire and is married to Dylon. She’s a stay-at-home mom to Kendall (6) and Nokona (2) and is excited to serve our church by helping kids grow in their love for Jesus in a fun, nurturing environment.
Deacons & Deaconesses
Our deacons and deaconesses serve the church by meeting practical needs with compassion and humility. They support the physical and spiritual well-being of our church family, assist with care and outreach, and help ensure that the ministries of Water’s Edge run smoothly. Their heart for service reflects the love of Christ in action.
- Vera Cheeseborough: Deaconess in Charge of Senior Care
- Vera has been with Water’s Edge form more than 5 years. She has been married to her husband Ruben for 15+ years and is mother to Ella and RJ! In her full-time work Vera cares for “the least of these“: unborn children and their families through Aspire Pregnancy Center. Within the church she also cares for ”the least of these”- the Elderly as they face increased mobility and care challenges.
- Nick Gianferante: Deacon in Charge of Production
- Nick and his wife Morgan have been with Water‘s Edge for 3 years now. Nick is leading a team of people at WE called our Production Team, responsible for all Sunday morning AV setup and execution. Nick has evidenced the fruit of the Spirit in his life, particularly the fruit of joy. Nick is also on our preaching team, is employed as a Christian Counselor at New Hope- A Christian Counseling place, and is Bible teacher at Laconia Christian Academy.
- Sharyn Littizzio: Deaconess in Charge of Women’s Healing & Recovery
- Sharyn has been with Water’s Edge from the beginning! She has been a member of our Celebrate Recovery Team for 10+ years and is passionate about seeing women find healing. Sharyn has 3 children, many grandchildren and continues her faithful service to the Lord in the absence of her late husband Al.
- Randy Miller: Deacon in Charge of Worship Experience
- Randy and Jenn have 5 children and have been with Water’s Edge for about 4 years now. Randy leads a team of people at WE called our Worship Team! Randy has led selflessly. He has stepped up to the plate and been a consistent, devoted presence on Sundays helping lead the body almost every week in worship. Randy evidences the fruit of the Spirit in his life. He is gentle; he cares about unity in the body and easily empowers others with no need to take charge or always have things his way.

- Lou and Brenda have been with Water’s Edge for about 4 years now, but Lou has been a leader in Celebrate Recovery for almost 10 years! Lou is passionate about seeing men become free of their hurts, habits and hangups and evidences the fruit of the Spirit in his life. He also has a powerful testimony of redemption that he has shared with many CR’s in New England.

- Karl Nunes: Deacon in Charge of Youth & Family

He also affectionately goes by the title “Assistant Minister” as he helps Shaun with so many different components of church life.
- Lisa Porter: Deaconess in Charge of Greeting
- Lisa has been with WE for about 5 years now. She has been leading a team of people at WE called our Greeting Team! Lisa has shown a deep devotion to the body. Baptized just 5 years ago, Lisa has inspired us by her growth in Christ on a very short amount of time. Lisa loves this family and has been devoted to this family.

Regional Elders
In accordance with the design of the body of Christ that each person is under authority, the Elders at Water’s Edge are also under authority! The following individuals serve as Elders to our Elders. Although these persons are not regularly involved in the WE church family, they are support and accountability for our Elders and can be contacted at any time.
